Looking for Wraparound Support Services?

ourBRIDGE's family wraparound support team is dedicated to connecting families with the resources they need to thrive in their new home, whether it's educational support, access to community resources, translation and interpretation services, resources for time-sensitive challenges, etc.

Looking for Healthcare?

Starting October 2, 2024, Charlotte Community Health Clinic (CCHC) will be open and accepting walk-in appointments on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8AM to 6PM.

 

CCHC is proud to offer the following services to patients visiting the Ophelia Garmon-Brown Clinic: Primary Care and Pediatrics, Immunizations, School and Sports Physicals, Chronic Disease Management, Behavioral Health Counseling, and Assistance with Insurance and Public Benefits enrollment.

 

CCHC also participates in a variety of state and grant-funded programs that provide eligible patients access to care and support at little to no cost including the Ryan White Program, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, WISE Woman Program, and NC Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP).

Looking for Legal Support?

CMN provides free legal assistance to individuals seeking asylum in the U.S., and individuals detained by the US Department of Homeland Security. Consultations are by appointment. The GPS will try to take you in to the Aldersgate campus through Eastway Dr. Make sure you enter through Shamrock Drive. The drive way is between the Methodist Home Rec. Center and the Charlotte Museum of History.
